or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its common shares have been
authorized for listing on the NYSE MKT in New York.
The shares will begin
trading on the NYSE MKT on August 27, 2012 under the
trading symbol
"SVLC". The Company's common shares will continue
to be listed on the TSX
Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "SVL".
